Heck Chapel
Historic chapel located in downtown Griffin, GA. Heck Chapel was purchased by the City of Griffin Downtown Development Authority for the purpose of blight elimination and economic development. The property is one of several Broad Street properties that will be included in a public RFQ process in the near future.
Historic Courthouse
The City of Griffin DDA acquired the historic Spalding County Courthouse from Spalding County as part of the Broad Street redevelopment area. The courthouse is a landmark of downtown Griffin currently being evaluated as part of the DDA's redevelopment planning.
